Your coaching session will be geared completely to you, your symptoms and life context. So please take time to fill out the pre-session form provided after purchase. This will give Michelle a chance to get to know you ahead of time.

During the session, if Michelle feels she is not able to help you or if either of you sense the conversation is not a good fit, please discuss this with Michelle during the live session. Then complete our refund form and you will receive a refund, minus a 10% admin fee.

Michelle is available for a limited number of individual coaching sessions which are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Long term coaching or packages are not currently available. Please purchase your 55 or 75 minute session, then schedule on Michelle's calendar.

Coaching Session Details:

Single coaching consultations can help you navigate your mind-body healing journey, giving you access to expert mind-body recovery guidance to help you on your path to healing.

Coaching sessions focus on discerning what pathways may be most beneficial for you to explore as we discuss your specific symptoms and life context.

Filling out our pre-session form is essential to having your coaching session oriented towards your specific needs.

Please also bring any questions you may have and we'll discuss the most important ones to you at the start of our conversation.

You will benefit the most from your session by having already been introduced to mind-body healing via Michelle’s course, How We Heal Chronic Pain & Fatigue or by other mind-body resources.

We will use this coaching session to help you contextualize your mind-body healing journey to your specific symptoms and current needs. But if during the session either of us feels we're not a good fit, you can receive a refund (minus admin fee) by filling out our refund request form.
